Rapport qualitatif sur le service de conseil énergie en Europe

L'état actuel du conseil énergie est étonnemment limité. Les bénéfices et les méthodologies du conseil énergie ne sont pas largement connus ou compris. Cependant, sans conseil efficace, nous ne pourrons réaliser de véritables avancées en termes de performances énergétiques ou de mise en place de mesures d'économies d'énergie. Serenade a procédé à un état des lieux du conseil énergie en Europe et a mise en place des outils de mise en réseaux des connaissances. L'objectif général est d'augmenter l'utilisation rationnelle de l'énergie et l'utilisation des énergies renouvelables en améliorant et en élargissant l'évential, le spectre et la qualité du conseil énergie fourni aux ménages, aux entreprises et aux collectivités locales.

The current state of energy advice is strangely limited. Energy advice advantages and methodologies are not broadly known nor understood. Nevertheless, without any efficient advice, we can not realise real step forward in term of energy performance nor setting up energy saving measures. Serenade provided a state of the art of energy advice in Europe and set up networking knowledge tool.

The overall aim of the project is to increase the rational use of energy and the use of renewable energy sources by enhancing and expanding the range, scope and quality of the energy advice that is provided to households, SMEs and Local authorities.
